Knowledge is power, educate others about the foods that are making America fat and sick. With knowledge and understanding one can be in control of their health and fitness, once unlocking the misconceptions of food, diet, intermittent fasting, and working out.

No need for expensive equipment or confusing meal plans, keep it simple and keep it real. Quick fix and fad diets don't work, changing your lifestyle does.
