Are you looking to take your workout to the next level, but can't afford to spend loads of money?

 

When I started to work out with my Bosu ball at home, it changed my workout entirely. I started out easy- holding the wall for support then gradually as my core muscles and balance improved I was standing in the middle of the room on one foot with added weights! The Bosu ball requires you to use more muscles and stabilize your body, it means your workout will be more intense and you'll burn more calories!

 

My Top Tips:

1. Position is Everything: Make sure the arch of your foot is in the center of the Bosu Ball. If you are working in a shoulder width stance be sure you are even on both sides

2. Find a focus: Since this is a work out based on balance you need to find something steady at head level.

3. Move slowly: Be sure to move slowly on the Bosu ball, you will work the muscles more and keeping balance is key.
