2019 Goals : Headspace, Contacts & Supplements: Make Your Morning Checklist

Been working on my morning checklist, my goal is to make a morning checklist, a routine that will give me more energy and use my time more efficiently and feel better. My morning starts at 4 AM while brewing my coffee I drink a large glass of water. After a long hot shower I stretch and use my body massage roller. Then I am working on adding a few new routines including meditating, wearing contacts and taking supplements.

Meditation
One of my main goals for 2019 is to consistently meditate. Just like we train our bodies while exercising, and our minds to make better food choices, training our brains will create balance. It’s been a real challenge for me but this week I tried something new. I set up my heating pad on my big beanbag chair with a cozy blankie and pillow. Earbuds near by I have NO excuses!!! Listening to Headspace I find his Australian accent intriguing and his chuckle cute but his message invaluable.
Contacts
Another goal for 2019 is to consistantly wear my contacts, I probably spend spend a half an hour to an hour looking for my reading glasses all day. I leave and lose them constantly and if you know me I would lose my head if not attached. Instead I put it on my list for morning routines and have learned to put contacts. It takes 5 mins and now and I don’t spend an hour frustrated and flustered.
Supplements
Another goal for 2019 is to be consistent with my take supplements for myself and for my family. My supplements are a collection of things I tried and researched, turmeric, fish oil, cinnamon etc. Spices and natural ingredients from the earth for inflammation, joint pain, and aging. ?So now while I make myself a smoothie I set up supplements for dinnertime for the family

What can you do to make your morning more efficient, more energy and find balance. What can you do in the morning to center yourself ?to deal with daily stress and work and home. Make a Morning Checklist! Start by writing down what you do in the morning. What can you do different to use the time better and get the most out of it. Add this checklist to your morning, make a checklist and literally check it off as you go.
