Using gliders can enhance your workout at home or at the gym. Start in a high plank position with 1 foot on each disk, keep your core tight, shoulders over your wrists.

Gliders are a great form of low impact cardio exercise that burns calories especially for beginners and adds to advanced workouts too.

Some great glider/slider exercises include mountain climbers, plank jacks and pipes. Make sure you are tightening your abs, putting your weight over your shoulders and you are up on your toes.
