A Days Worth of Food After Intermittent Fasting: Organic Plant Based Diet & Gluten Free

I always get asked so often what I eat in a day, so I decided to take a photo of everything I had to share with you. I started the day with a real food shake, plenty of peanut butter and cacao. Throughout the day I had oatmeal with my favourite berry and cinnamon toppings, trail mix to snack on and corn tortillas with grilled veggies, salad and black beans. Then I finished the day with a chickpea greek salad with avocado and real food dressings.

I also pair my real food choices with drinking as much water with organic lemon as I can and intermittent fasting. It was a technique I used when I was losing weight and now I do it several days a week as a way of maintaining.

Started my morning with my favorite real food shake.

An organic Greek chickpea salad with organic avocado and red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder and salt/pepper.
