This is my first video from my website that will be launching next week. I hope that I have motivated you with either a post, blog or workout that will give you the support to get started for yourself. I hope to bring many more fun and challenging videos to you so we can get strong together in body, heart and soul.

Ab Workout on Bar From Beginner to Advanced with Steps


I place a rubber ball between my knees to keep my form and squeeze at the top. This is the beginner exercise that will stregthen your lower abs, as you lift your legs you are tapping into the middle and next the upper abs. This becomes a total ab workout that took me years to achieve so start simple and I started exactly where you are. Just training our bodies to do new things.
