Affirmations are really simple short and powerful expressions which you can say or think but they create a reality for you. They keep you motivated and focused on the goal, influence your subconscious mind, change the way you think or behave and feel positive.

Here are 7 affirmations you should tell yourself each day:

1. I love and accept myself

2. I am a creative force and what I do matters

3. I believe in my vision and my dreams

4. I deserve love and happiness

5. I am doing my best and I am proud of myself

6. I am a magnet for good and positive energy

7. I forgive myself for my mistakes and forgive others for hurting me

A large part of what I do as a coach is about wellness. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Self care is not selfish! It’s something we should all be doing to help keep ourselves mentally healthy. Affirmations and meditation are some of the ways in which I do self care. I have a playlist on YouTube for meditations and affirmations which I use every morning to start my day off as part of my morning routine.
