You’re a five tips on how to move more
1. Spend more time in nature – the added benefit of being out in nature, grounded to the earth and being active is so important to our physical and mental health
2. Go on active dates – spend time with a loved one playing a game of tennis taking a walk, kayaking, or a walking tour.
3. Take up an active hobby such as nature photography, indoor rock climbing bird watching
4. Encourage your boss to make the office more exercise friendly. Maybe adding some resistance bands stability balls to sit on instead of chairs make it a more active place
5. Volunteer in a way that you can be active, participate in a cleanup day, volunteer in a walk or run event, volunteer at a community garden or building a home
