As A Success & Health Coach: Monday Morning Routines & Goals

I ask my client to write down their goals and morning routines on Monday, I chat with them daily, keep them accountable and swap food photos, questions and answers all week. On Friday I ask them to? “weigh-in” reevaluate the week, maybe get on a scale, take measurements, and begin to set new or reorganize past weeks.
My clients aren’t working on diets, they are working on healthy habits and routines. From eating cleaner, learning to intermittent fast, add stretching and meditation into their day. Some are starting new business and ventures, so are using this time to make more self care habits and a healthier lifestyle, some are working with me to quit drinking, some are working wit me to quit bad relationships with food…. ALL have goals and dream and I am their guide and accountability.
If you write down your goals you have a 45% better chance to attain them so, do what I say…lol? So write it down and tape that page where you will see it often.
