Bosu Ball Tips and Benefits

When I started with my Bosu ball workout at home, It was a game changer for me! I started working with it up against the wall, one hand holding the wall. Little by little as I got comfortable moving away from the wall I was able to add weights to and try more advance workouts.

Benefits of Bosu Ball:? Any workout can be enhanced by incorporating the use of a BOSU ball. Because it requires you to use more muscles to stabilize your body, it means your workout will be more intense, making you burn more calories

Some tips: 1. Position is Everything: Make sure the arch of your foot is in the center of the Bosu Ball. If you are working in a should width stance be sure you are even on both sides

2. Find a focus: Since this is a work out based on balance you need to find something steady to at head level.

3. Move slowly: Be sure to move slowly on the Bosu ball, you will work the muscles more and keeping balance is key.
