Clean Up Ingredients, Eat Clean & Real Food

-It surprised me in the past week how many people said to me ?What is a GMO?? As I spoke to new clients, women in the salon, a guy who measured my windows for blinds. Each time I explained from the beginning that Monsanto, the company that has manipulated our food for years, started as a toxic gas company that made gas warfare for the U.S. and have been running congress and the FDA for decades. When I see this photo I see labs, science projects and sickness.?

I will say it again I believe the food companies and pharmaceutical companies are working together to make Americans sick and poor. There is a reason why pharmaceutical companies invest in fast food companies.

How Drug Companies Ensure We Get Sick

Compare the two boxes side-by-side and you will find ingredients that are hard to pronounce in the over-processed item. “Partially Produced with Genetic Engineering”. WTF???? It looks more like a science project then ingredients to a pancake. Whereas the cake mix on the right I can pronounce each ingredient, I could put those ingredients together in my own kitchen, and there?s minimal ingredients so I would eat this… And The Simple Mill Cupcake Mix is delicious.

When I teach my clients to eat clean, we read the ingredients keeping in mind organic, non-GMO, and minimal processed ingredients. Here is my logic, and proof that chemical and fillers are making us sicks and fat, so eat clean, ingredients from the earth, as organic and as GMO free as possible.
