A Diet is a temporary fix, where you restrict yourself to lose weight. Diets are strictly planned programmes leaving you craving the foods you are trying to avoid. It often feels like a punishment at times, not pleasant or comfortable in the slightest. When you finally reach the end of the diet you often go back to your old ways and the weight goes back on.


Let me share with you something which would be much more effective for you.


Make it a lifestyle!

It’s a permanent and positive change in your life, where you find alternatives which work for you and your journey. Instead of being restrictive we look for healthier swaps which you can have. Creating healthy habits and new routines will start your journey and then it will snowball from there into a complete lifestyle.
