Do you eat mindfully? I spend the weekend taking time to re-think my morning routines and re-assess my goals for the week. If you write down your goals, you are 45% more likely to achieve them. I try to be actively more mindful in all aspects of my life, including when eating.

My mindful eating tips are:
> Slow down, chew everything at least 10 times before swallowing.
> Eat when you are hungry
> Try intermittent fasting
> Why are you eating? Hunger? Stress? Boredom?
> Eat simple, real food which fuels your body in the right way.
