If you have been reading my blog up to this point you realize that eating and feeling better with never come from a diet or a replacement shake or bar. Becoming healthy and well will come from eating the right real and clean foods, intermittent fasting twice a week (its easy) and working out 3-4 days a week. 4 years ago I started my journey and recently friends have asked me how I lost 40lbs and now I find myself helping others find their healthier way.

How Can We Help Each Other

Real Food Real Fitness Real People offers support, accountability, advice and a community. We offer a? Support Group, Daily Log, Workouts on The Web, Live Workouts and Webinars and In Person Training. I began working with friends September and this program below has developed with working daily online, via text, training 20 friends, and working with over 60 friends in a working support group. I have integrated the methods I used to lose after research, trail and error and years of trying to become healthier in body and in mind.

Workouts On The Web

I will be adding workout videos that range from beginner to advanced. Starting as a beginner 4 years ago I learned how to workout efficiently and fast since I had little time for myself. In Person Personal Training

Join me at my gym in Smithtown NY to train. Where My Journey Continues and Yours May Start

I have been working with people since September 2018 and the interest and success of a program that includes simply eating clean, intermittent fasting and an efficient workout had exploded. I am constantly discussing peoples struggles and goals in my daily world, friend and new friends I meet are interested. Join my on the journey from here, this new venture for me is so exciting, working with about 20 people in person and 60 plus online and via text I see it working and watch people learn and become empowered to continue on their healthier lifestyle.
