Fridays have always been about paying it forward for me. I always ask my clients how their week has been and what they can work on for next week. So I want to ask you the same… What has gone well for you this week? What are you proud of? What are you looking to work on for next week?


How can you evaluate your fitness goals:

  1. Focus on one goal at a time, baby steps and 1% better each day

  2. Make it your own

  3. Make it measurable, specific, and time-bound.

  4. Set the bar low—at least, at first.

  5. Play the long game.

  6. Understand what's driving your goal.

  7. Be flexible in your definition of success.
