The more I learn from documentaries and books, the more I can apply it to my daily life. I want to live as simply and efficiently as possible. There are so many ways to keep learning about the foods you eat, ways to be healthier and keep on track with your fitness journey. Every time we reach a goal, we can set ourselves a new higher one! It’s all about getting into new routines and being 1% better each day.

I spend a good portion of my day listening to books on Audible and YouTube, learning new things and growing.
