This is my first video from my website that will be launching next week. I hope that I have motivated you with either a post, blog or workout that will give you the support to get started for yourself. I hope to bring many more fun and challenging videos to you so we can get strong together in body, heart and soul.

Full Arm and Shoulder Workout Using Free Weights


I usually start with a stabilily ball on my lower back against the wall. I start with 8lbs weights to tire my muscles i try my best to get to a rep of 8. Then drop to 5lbs, always moving slowly you want to feel the muscle working focus and squeeze them. To extend my workout I often drop to 3lbs and always I end my arm and shoulder workout with just clenched fists, slow of course.
