When I began to workout 6 years ago it was my goal to work from home with simple gym equipment. Most of the equipment was bought online or in a local thrift store, brand new in boxes often with good intentions. Resistance, core, isometric workouts are a super efficient. These low impact but high intensity workouts allows one with injuries to strengthen for all levels of exercise from beginner to advanced.? I enjoyed the challenge to success and this is what has kept me going. Now I teach and train others as a certified personal trainer, and wellness coach.
