Happy August! I wanted to take the time today to Sum it up and share my thoughts on minimalism and preparing for success. I also came across this 30 day challenge idea, which I am going to be doing for August and I welcome you to join me. It’s a minimalism challenge!

Some of my other goals for this month are:

> To stay off my phone more. Not to check it first thing as I wake up.

> I want to read/listen to more books to continue learning

> Continue to stretch everyday

> Journaling my thoughts, goals and dreams.
