How I Get Myself Out of Pain Daily Without Medication with Self Care

If you are in pain at the moment ask yourself, ” Am I doing everything I can do to get our of pain without medication.? If not wear a brace for support, I workout with mine at times. Invest in a Rumbleroller, its like giving yourself a massage every time. Change your work area, try a vibration plate or chair ball. Do everything you can do to get out of pain without medication.

Here is the short list of what I use to stay or get out of pain.





Winter is here and I notice each year my past injuries hurt more in the cold. Sitting here writing this in my back brace… grrrr. I could totally see why people more to the warm weather as we age. But in the past years I have been throwing everything at it. I have tried to do everything to get out of pain without medication. I stretch using my massage roller called a Rumbleroller, at least twice a day. I highly recommend because of the unique feel of the material. I stretch and dance on a vibration plate in the morning. I eat gluten free and plant based to reduce inflammation. I have a ball chair at my computer and an adjustable keyboard to type from, me currently.
