Does anyone take a cold shower a day for inflammation and night sweats? Does it work or just a form of torture I am considering to try?I have been in pain with my back should and neck again for the last few weeks and last night I found myself googling cold showers which would NEVER be considered if i wasn’t in pain.

Been wearing my My Back Brace more and stretching, using my massage roller more, drinking more water, trying to remember to take turmeric, primrose and fish oil, im so bad with taking supplements but i know they help when i do. I’m even reusing the ice packs from Misfit Markets Packaging, no chemicals? It takes one thing to change your routine in a good way or another. My pain management plan of stretching, using my Rumbleroller Massage Roller and P-Knot Roller and a massage every other week at a local chain was working till the masseuse i like quit.
So I am doing what I can reverting back to my acupunturist and may even go for a cryotherapy session. I always get relief after standing in a tube at -110? Celsius for 3 mins naked in socks/crocs and mittens. And considering to add cold showers to my day if it helps at this point.

A client said it, “sucks getting old!” I challenged that, what’s my alternative? It is our job to stay as well as we can so we can age stronger and wiser.
