Today is National Simplicity Day. This is something I am adopting into my life more and more. Working out how I can live simply and minimally. There isn’t a need to have so many possessions in this modern life. When you clear the clutter it’s easier to concentrate and live a simpler life. Here are some of my tips for a simpler life:

Set goals and the action that needs to be taken
Shed and declutter around you and technology
Mindful consumption of food and impulse buying
Do less things that make you really unhappy.
Unplug from your phone daily and weekly

I wanted to show you some of the things I use to have a simpler life.
Here is the simple TruEarth Laundry Detergent I use. It reduces the waste and storage space needed in my house. https://www.realfoodrealfitnessrealpeople.com/product-page/tru-earth-eco-strips-32-loads
My reusable shopping bag helps reduce single use plastic, is sturdy and fits in my purse or pocket: https://www.realfoodrealfitnessrealpeople.com/product-page/real-food-real-fitness-real-people-reusable-grocery-workout-ta
