Tips to Find Your Workout
1. First Make Time for YOU! Everyone says I have no time…. I say bullshit! We make time for everyone else and leave nothing for us. It’s not selfish, it's self preservation. Wake up earlier, make it happen.

2. Find YOUR workout: Everyone has different interests and there is a workout for everyone. I tried many different types as I was losing weight, and it was fun. From Yoga, to Pole Dancing, Kickboxing and Resistance Training. Try it all and find what you enjoy and find a challenge. Depending on your injuries, interests and goals find the workout that is best for you and sweat!

3. Write it on a Calendar: Schedule time for yourself..... Um yes! It's time to think about yourself. When I committed to my health I put it on paper, I added it to the busy family calendar and made it a routine.

4. Accountability Partner: Join a class with a friend. There are crazy statistics that show you will stick with your workout if you do it with a friend or trainer. I started with a trainer who kept me accountable. Birds of a Feather, find interests and workouts in common with others.
