4 Parts To My Unique Workout
Low Impact Exercises are low-impact on your joints. These types of exercises can include yoga, balance exercises and slowing down your reps. This is the basis of my workout
Resistance/ Strength Training is a form of exercise that improves muscle strength and endurance. You move your limbs against resistance provided by your own body weight, gravity, bands, weighted bars, or dumbbells.
Isometric exercise is a form of exercise involving the static contraction of a muscle without any visible movement in the angle of the joint. The three main types of isometric exercise are isometric presses, pulls, and holds.
Balance/ Core Balancing exercises work your core muscles, lower back, and legs. Lower-body strength-training exercises can also help improve your balance.
