Join me for a free low impact whole body workout from the comfort of your own home or gym.
My workout is designed for all levels using our body weight and balance to strengthen our core and muscles. With simple and inexpensive small gym equipment including resistance bands, yoga/stability ball, and light weights you can get an amazing workout. Add the Bosu Ball and the vibration plate to your home workout for an advance twist on my resistance workout.

My workouts are quite different to most other personal trainers. I don’t do cardio or lift weights. I instead focus on the following 4 key areas:
> Low impact exercises. These include yoga, balance exercises and slowing down your reps. This is the basis of my workout.
> Resistance/Strength Training. I move my limbs against resistance which can be provided with bands, body weight, gravity, weighted bars or dumbbells. This training builds muscle strength and endurance.
>Isometric exercises. This exercise involves static contraction of muscles without moving the joints. In my workout I do this in presses, pulls and holds.
>Balance/Core exercises. Working your core muscles is really important, it also strengthens your lower back, legs and helps improve balance.
