Massage Roller Exercise Tips: Stretching, Strengthening and Getting Out Of Pain With Workouts

Have you ever used a massage roller or vibration plate? They helped me get out of pain and are my method of staying out of pain. Consistency is key, I’ve been using both these products every day as much as possible. I manage to make it part of my morning routine and then it sets me up for the day. I also try to stretch in the evenings as well.
I have set myself some new goals for the week:
> Add new workouts and focus on booty & abs
> Drink more water
> Stretch and meditate twice a day
> Start my 30 day challenge for my clients and friends again in September so they can continue to work on (or start) new healthy habits.
> Continue to do intermittent fasting on a plant based diet.
