Meditation is such an important part of my daily routine, it's a time just to be with yourself. Letting your thoughts pass you by and focus on breathing. We rarely live in the moment, always looking forward to what's next or worrying about the past. Meditation forces you to live breath to breath and it’s so refreshing. Have you ever tried meditating?
