I spent the weekend taking a little time to rethink my morning routine and goals for the week. I asked my clients to rethink their morning routines this week and goals, to write it down, take a photo and send it to me.

Mindfulness: living, thinking, being.

Mindful eating tips:
Slow down the process of eating, chew the food 10 more times before swallowing
Listen to body and eat when you are hungry
Set time & place for when you will eat (intermittent fasting)
What is the motivation? Are you hungry or emotional/stressed/upset/bored?
Think simple, eat real food, fuel your body with the right things
