I spent the weekend taking a little time to rethink my morning routine and goals for the week. I asked my clients to rethink their morning routines this week and goals, to write it down, take a photo and send it to me.

Mindful eating tips:

  1. Slow down the process of eating, chew the food 10 more times before swallowing

  2. Listen to body and eat when you are hungry

  3. Set time & place for when you will eat (intermittent fasting)

  4. What is the motivation? Are you hungry or emotional/stressed/upset/bored?

  5. Think simple, eat real food, fuel your body with the right things
