Standing in the produce aisle with "weird" fruits and veggies in my hand, thinking what is this and what does it taste like? I stand there a minute searching on my phone the traits and recipes. Usually appearing on the dinner table as a side or cutting it up after unpacking bags with my kids. Mom was always know for bringing weird food home but they tried it and often liked it.

My Discovery Of Misfits Market

Prior to Covid I started using a service and company to deliver inexpensive organic fruits and veggies to my house, as the business grows they add more unusual and options to try new food as reasonable prices. They allow you to select your produce and add to your order. I schedule it on a Thursday so I have fresh fruits and veggies for the end of the week

Prepping For The Week

Butternut Squash, Acorn Squash, & Sunchokes arrived at my door step this week and today I prep them for the week so I have a few easy and new plant based favorites. On Sunday I like to prep and make extra even freeze some for another week.
