What’s 5 more mins?

Bumping up my Headspace app time this week to 15 mins. Love this meditation app, his Australian accent is intriguing and his boyish chuckles are cute. (devilish grin) Last week at a moment I was totally stressed, without even thinking I noticed my breathe changed for a second, long deep breaths which gave me a second to think. between we voice and the benefits what’s 5 more mins.

Eating that Frog

Apparently procrastinating a bit on my personal training certification, so I?m setting a date to take the test and scheduling my study time for first thing in the morning 5:00 am. Why? Because everything I read and hear says it is best to do the hardest and most important first thing. Read Eat that Frog by Brian Tracy So here goes…..

Lead by Example

This weekend I want to lead by example and eat even cleaner. I bought all the ingredients to make my favorite granola, Don?t get me wrong nothing wrong with my favorite cereal already, did my homework and found Kind Peanut Butter granola is GMO free, with real grains and oats, no chemicals, but yes sugar, but there is always a balance. a friend inspired me to try it

F@#king Pain

Get out of f#@king Pain, I stretch and use my massage roller each morning and night, I wear my back brace as I clean around the house or often doing errands, but the cool is really doing a number on my neck and back. Pain management is not in a bottle it?s making time for self care and realizing that if you are in pain you can?t be happy and the people around you won?t either. We are the last to take care of ourselves.
