I heard someone say, “If your quit you will NEVER succeed” So keep trying 1% each day has a compounding effect. Changing your mindset just a little bit can make a huge difference.? Changing your food choices or being mindful, you WILL find better health. Adding stretching and resistance training or any workout YOU like to stay active as we age WILL change your life. Adding intermittent fasting, learning how to eat clean along with other self care routines including meditation, affirmation, visualization, reading and writing in journal daily.?

Its a new month and on the verge of a new year, never been so excited. I work with close to 20 people via text and phone calls keeping clients accountable to their goals. They live around the country, its awesome to be able to help anyway!? Its habit change and knowledge, understanding that it is a lifestyle change not a diet. Its working on your head, body and heart for a healthier life. Everyone has their own journey and speed. What I suggest is eating clean and organic, intermittent fast, stretching, meditation and some exercise will speed up your journey to your goals. We all have dreams and goals right?
