Day 25… 5 more days to hit my goal,30 days in a row listening to Headspace. Was going to wait to post this, but today makes sense.


Through my research I truly believe that it takes 30 days to change a habit, 30 days to eat clean, 30 days of working on a intermittent fast, 30 days to get yourself to a gym, 30 days of making time for you!
