1440 Minutes in Your Day
How much of your day is dedicated for YOU? Why so little time for YOUR health and wellness? We are all so use to rushing and running for work, our kids and family, and to get through the day.? We know how to be kind to others but do we know how to be kind to ourselves?

My First 120? of my 1440 Minutes a Day
When I had my ?moment? and ?woke up? I realized I need to take care of myself and get healthy.? I realized in my day I had made NO time for myself or me, use to taking care of everyone else. 5 years ago, I put ME on our family calendar. 3 days a week 40 minutes I scheduled time for myself to workout. everyone got use to the time, and it became a routine

Wasting Your 1440
The average time we spend on our phones are 116 mins a day. Within the first 5 minutes of waking up we are on our phones. So when I hear friends and clients say “I have NO Time for myself.” I correct them, you haven’t made the time for yourself important and YOU are important.
Make Time For YOU & Here’s How
Put it on a Calendar?:?
When?you?write?it?down its no longer a thought its an action. Add yourself to your family calendar, in little time YOU will be part of the routine for the week.
Make It A Priority:?
Of?course?things?come?up?and?you?need?to?cancel?but?DON’T?sacrifice?your?time?for?others all the time. Remember its OK to make time for you, and your health is a priority.
Wake Up Earlier:?
Add?time?by?changing?your?sleep?patterns,?get?up?earlier?to?have?time?for?yourself.?Its?your?quiet?time?before?everyone?in?the?house?wakes?up.
Post 1440 Reminders:?
Near?your?computer,?by?the?shower,?on?the?fridge,?post?reminders?of?1440?or?notes?to?remind?you?to?make?time?for?YOU.
Less Screen Time:?
Put your phone down, shut the time and use this time for your workouts, stretching, and your health
