Happy Monday, New Week New Goals!


Every Monday I ask my clients send me their morning routine and goals for the week. Why because if your write it down your 42% more likely to achieve your goals.

Creating healthy habits, clean eating, intermittent fasting and moving our bodies are how we live a healthier, longer and productive life. If we are well we can take care of our loved one better. We owe it to our loved ones to stay healthy so they aren’t burdened by unnecessary sickness.


What are some healthy habits you can start to think about adding to your day, week, month and years.


Here are a few healthy habits to consider.


Wake up Early: The idea of waking up early is to give you time for the new healthy habits. Set your alarm 1/2 hour early to start


Exercise Everyday: Start with 10 mins, really what is 10 mins, by the end of the week you moved for over an hour, baby steps are good!


De-clutter: Clean out and organize your world, with less clutter you can focus on you and your family.


Quit Social Media: Set time aside to unplug and focus on family and friends or a project you wanted to start.


Drink More Water: I know this is one I need to work on, I start strong and then forget. Throw an organic lemon in it
