Good morning how are you?

It’s Monday, and it is a day to have goals in mind for your week. As I write my daily goals in my journal, I think to myself the conversations I have had with friends and clients this week. The words “I failed” “I cheated” “I can’t” in word and text reminds me to write my goals with progress in mind and not perfection.

We are what we think we are! I often tell my clients friends and family to change your words when I hear negatively. Changing your words will change your brain.

So what are your health and personal goal? Write them down in a journal or paper and pin it computer, mirror or frig.
