New week new goals, every morning you get a chance to do 1% better. some weeks life gets in the way! this past week he’ll yeah it did...but I took the weekend, took time away from my phone and desktop, I listened to new book on audible and re-listened to a few favorites. I set up my clothing for the week and made my water and lemon and put it on my night table.
I set an alarm clock that’s across the room, I note in my journal I’m excited to wake at 3am and start my YouTube meditation channel to fall asleep with. Chatting with clients someone asked tips on waking up early. Working out with his clients someone mentioned her husband keeps her accountable with waking up. Accountability is key! Here’s some other tips: 1. Drink water quickly to wake you up 2. Jump into the shower and stretch3. Brush your teeth first thing4. Set an alarm across the room5. Write think and/or say you are excited to wake at —— am and start a day of——!
