It’s June already and I’m super excited about starting life in my new house. As it’s a new month, here are some ideas of what you could do to level up your fitness journey this month:
- Try getting up 30 minutes earlier
- Start journaling about your goals
- Get a good morning routine
- Drink more water
-Try intermittent fasting
-Go plant based for a day
