Excited to end my daily intermittent fast already for leftovers... yum! Going plant based in the last year onto of intermittent fasting has been a win win for me and the friends I share my journey with. Part of making these changes and changing you habits with food is finding new favorites... this is a new favorite!!! I recently discovered jicama wraps, and jicama in general.
First appeared in my misfit market box. Organic fruits and veggies shipped to your home. Then I saw it at my local Trader Joe’s, always looking to try something new I grabbed them, jicama made into wraps!!! amazing... Tried hummus with veggies, delicious tried cold oatmeal with berries in the wrap again delicious

Tried hummus with veggies, delicious tried cold oatmeal with berries in the wrap again delicious Created this plant based recipe with a few of my favorites. 1 Can/frozen Organic corn 1 can of Organic black beans 1 Tsp of cumin 1 Tsp of garlic powder Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 of Onion 1 Tsp of Organic Earths Balance (buttery)
Jicama Wraps From Trader Joes cilantro avocado mango diced and sprinkled on bean mix in jicama wrap with a squeeze of lime
