Pay and Pushing Forward Friday And Happy World Kindness Day
Paying it Forward I woke up this morning to see it was World Kindness day, it made me smile and I knew that I would discuss it and be mindful of it today. My daughter told my that March 13th had significance to many on TikTok. A date for many that lockdown started and here we sit 8 months later likely to see another. Much anxiety, stress and frustration but it is important to remember kindness in the unstable world. Pushing it Forward Fridays I push myself and my health coach clients forward. I ask them for reflect and evaluate their week and get prep for the week. I keep them accountable checking in each day and I keep myself accountable with consistent habits and checklists….
