Friday is the perfect day to weigh in, and evaluate how your week went and revisit your health goals. Use weigh-ins as a tool to help you stay on track and stay focused on making healthy choices. Some clients get on a scale others go by how their clothing feels. But it is important to set a day once a week to reevaluate your goals.

I often go back to the goals I set for the week, and ask myself a few questions. I also ask my clients. What was successful this week? What could I focus more? for next week. What did I learn about myself this week?

Pay It Forward Fridays I past a dry cleaner the other day, it was out of business and it was the place I learned what it meant to pay it forward. We had a house fire on Easter, due to my cigarette, we lost everything and lived in a hotel for about 5 months with 2 toddlers. I thought I put it out, must have been smoldering and caught on dry leaves, we were not home. ? You learn a lot of lessons from an experience like this. I learned what paying it forward is all about. Standing at a counter a dry cleaner the night of the fire, with wet smoky clothing, trying to see if we could save any clothing. The woman directs me to a large closet with of perfectly clean clothing on hangers covered in plastic and she said to me, “take whatever you need” we left with a few bags of clothing for my family. Here are 5 Simple Ways to show random acts of kindness 1. Hold the door open for a stranger. 2.Tape a $ or two to a vending machine. 3. Say good morning to a stranger. 4. Be a meter fairy. 5. Donate clothes and shoes
