I read that some 39% of us are incorporating more plant based foods into our diets. The benefits of eating whole foods and plants Are shifting the mindsets of doctors, researchers and health experts are changing toward a blant based diet. . This past year have been 95% plant base lately my kryptonite has been New York pizza. About a year a go I set myself a 30 day challenge to try plant based and weight the benefits. The benefits are huge.

On my journey of eating clean, reading ingredients through the past years reducing fillers, chemicals and thickeners. It was a game changer when I realized what I was feeding my family!



On my journey of intermittent fasting I I learned how my body worked and how I can eat routinely, my body goes into ketosis and lean up, better skin and get well. Intermittent fasting was a definite game changer and a tool now to maintain my health and weight




On my journey of my plant based lifestyle I learned how replacing meat and animal byproducts gives my body more energy, greater strength and clearer head. I used to have night sweats before going to a plant based in one week it all stopped. Plant Based Life has been a game changer and a win win win for the environment, the animals and my health
