Prep Today: Print out Your Healthy Habits Worksheet GOOGLE DOC

Read through the healthy habits and highlight the one you want to work on for WEEK 1 and the healthy habits you already work on.


Start Small: Filling In Your Checklist

  1. Add 1-3 new healthy habits: Our goal is to build off the healthy habits we have already and what we what to add, you are welcome to add additional habits week 2, 3, or 4 so don't rush it, we want stay simple and successful

  2. Add specifics, time, days, notes & goals. Remind yourself less is more and be realistic.

  3. Start with 5-10 mins our goal is to make it easy and "do the reps" each day to make it an new routine.

  4. Circle the week and the date at the bottom

Join the Community

I will be setting up a group text and group Facebook Messenger Group along with tagging you in my 30 day challenge group on Facebook. Feel Free to stay in all OR remove yourself, this is meant for support and will always be looking for a better way...( next an my own app!)


Post Your Checklist on the Group Text/Messenger/Post Each Day!

This is not about perfection it is about getting as may checks of your week and making next week better SO post everyday/or evening. Everyday is a success, pushing 1% better each day.
