Reflection of My Week: “It Was Good Enough” The Snowball Effect

It was a good week, ‘It was Good Enough”…. I woke up by 4:00 all work week so that was a goal and along with stretching which is a routine, I added 10 mins meditation (headspace… love his Australia voice 😉 3 out of 5 days. Another goal was to put my damn contacts in so I can see, because I am the one who loses everything and a stack of about 15 pairs of glasses are hard to find around the house. I can save all the time walking around looking for my glasses. I was successful about 50% of the week and rubbed them out of my eye twice cause I forgot they were in my eye.

“So It Was Good Enough”

I’ve been listening to Audibles lately…. Ready for this title? 15 Secrets Successful People Know About Time Management: The Productivity Habits of 7 Billionaires, 13 Olympic Athletes, 29 Straight-A Students, and 239 Entrepreneur (Linked To Amazon) Basically after reading the title and hearing about it I said to myself, “Ummmm? I’ll Try it if THEY do it!” One quote from the book sums up my week “Good Enough” I did what I could, and it was better then last week and now I can only add to it.

The “Snowball Effect”

This was a “Start” week for a lot of people, including myself. January is the month for New Years Resolutions, setting goals and new beginnings. The way I see it is WHATEVER I did this past week to change, learn and grow will only snowball into better routines this week. So take a second and reflect, and acknowledge your effort and the change you made and get ready for week #2 of 2019.
