Here are a few healthy habits to consider this Sunday ahead of a new week.

Wake up Early: The idea of waking up early is to give you time for new healthy habits. Set your alarm 1/2 hour early to start

Exercise Everyday: Start with 10 mins, really what is 10 mins, by the end of the week you move for over an hour, baby steps are good!

Declutter: Clean out and organize your world, with less clutter you can focus on you and your family.

Quit Social Media: Set time aside to unplug and focus on family and friends or a project you wanted to start.

Drink More Water: I know this is one I need to work on, I start strong and then forget. Throw an organic lemon in it

Eat cleaner: explore intermittent fasting, plant-based recipes, reading the ingredients on the back of packages.
