What Are Your Fitness Goals for 2019??

I want you to start thinking about your fitness goals for this coming year. Visualize, fantasize and analyze how and what you would like to see for yourself in the coming year. Everyone who is working with me will have at least one long term goal and one short term to start.

What are Goals

The simplest way to define a goal is as a desired result envisioned by a person whose effort is aimed at achievement. Goals include a plan that will ensure that the ambition is fruitful.

Why Do We Set Goals?

Setting goals?for yourself is a way to fuel your ambition.?Goal setting?isn’t just about creating a plan for your life and holding yourself accountable, its also about giving us the inspiration necessary to aim for things?we?never thought possible.

My Long Term Goals from past years and upcoming year. (yearly)

  1. 2015 my goals was to learn how to lose weight

  2. 2016 my goal was to learn how to eat clean

  3. 2017 my goal was to explore and find my favorite fitness activities

  4. 2018 my goal was to find ways out of pain

  5. 2019 my goal is to become more organize with good routines

My Short Term Goals from the past years include (monthly)

  1. Lose 5lbs a month

  2. Learn to do a pull-up

  3. Try new healthy foods

  4. Make one vegetarian dish a week for the family

  5. Become more flexible

  6. Learn about supplements

  7. Run my fastest mile

  8. take supplements

Now Its Your Turn To Set Goals?

Take the next few days and think about what you want for yourself this coming year. It is important to set, work towards and achieve your goals. Set a goal for the year and a goal for the month of January.?Here are some tips will developing your long term and short term plans

1. Keep your simple.

2. Be realistic.

3. Create bite-sized portions.

4. Plan a time-frame.
