Good morning and happy Monday. New week new goals! Turning up my fitness goals and setting my goals for 2021. Are usually wait till Wednesday to share my workouts, but why? So I start my morning training others on zoom, after spending an hour of time for me my morning routine consists of writing in my journal, reading a book or magazine, stretching and using my massage roller and vibration plate. Starting my morning with a large glass of water and singing my theme songs and dancing. Yeah it might sound weird but you should try it... We all should be a bit weird...
