When I began to workout 5 years ago it was my goal to work from home with simple gym equipment. Most of the equipment was bought online or in a local thrift store, brand new in boxes often with good intentions.? Resistance, core, isometric workouts are a super efficient. These low impact but high intensity workouts allows one with injuries to strengthen for all levels of exercise from beginner to advanced.? I enjoyed the challenge to success and this is what has kept me going.

Now I teach and train others as a certified personal trainer, and wellness coach. I work with clients one on one online/text/phone and in person. Video workout and wellness coaching.

Small Gym Equipment I Use

I would suggest the 55? (Small)? Stability Ball, this will be one of main piece of equipment used in the workout videos.

These inexpensive band will add just enough of a challenge to our workout. There are 5 varying levels, and can be used for general exercise, stretching, strength training, power weight programs

I LOVE my Bosu Ball, awesome complete and efficient workout based on balance and strength, and I love the challenge. I will be offering fun and efficient Bosu Ball Workout for you.

?All you need a smooth fabric floor cover and you can intensive your workout at home.

Weights:I will leave this up to you, I use 5 and 8lb weight for my reps and this is what I would suggest for most of my clients. Again I find weight all the time at thrift stores usually brand new.

Rubber Ball:?Yes a light rubber ball, we use this simple kids toy to intensive our movements

Ankle weights:?These will not be used all the time but great to have to intensify all movement and workouts.

Additional and Advanced Equipment To Have:

Pull Up Bar:?Yes I will be teaching you to do pull ups and there are many ab and leg workouts offered on pull up bars.

Always Good To Have:

Yoga Mat:?Not necessary but definitely suggested. Just easier on your hands, knees and body.
