Day One: Solving the Coffee Dilemma with a Plant Based Diet

-Found myself wondering around my kitchen reading through ingredients and researching possible recipe idea, since i began my 30 day challenge of plant based diet.


-Solving the Coffee Dilemma: Since I enjoy a splash of organic milk in my coffee, not a big fan of black coffee but don?t like the ingredients in most almond or coconut creamers in stores. Full of chemicals and fillers, I?d rather use organic milk. I’ve been buying organic whole bean and grinding them. After reading a large enough % of ground coffee is inert material including bark bugs and other unnecessary things.

-Standing in Trader Joe?s, comparing the creamer and the organic coconut cream, I?d never use the creamer and needed a solution. The coconut creamer on the left of the photo is full of crap (fillers, chemicals and not organic. Instead I mixed a combination of organic cinnamon, organic sugar, Organic cacao, and a pinch of salt. I froze them in an ice cube tray and now pop them into my coffee.
