Step By Step Workout With Leah: Side Sculptor Exercise do Abs

Today I want to share with you an exercise which I call ‘Side Sculptor’. You’ll need a stability or exercise ball to complete it.

Here’s how to do the Side Sculptor:

  1. Hold the stability ball between your legs/feet

  2. Roll the ball by moving your left foot in front and your right foot behind, your legs should make a cross

  3. Roll the ball back so your legs are uncrossed

  4. Roll the ball the other way so your right foot is crossing in front and your left leg is behind.

  5. Repeat the move, crossing and uncrossing the legs, alternating which does in front.

Remember to engage your core, you should feel this in your abs. Take your shoulders off the ground for a more intense workout.
