Lemon water and Fasting:
A lemon only has about 2 grams of carbs! Having such a low carb percentage allows us to be able to have lemon in our water without affecting our fast! Lemon water will not spike your insulin, it will not break your fast, instead it will do the OPPOSITE!
I started drinking lemon water because I read it was a detox and these other benefits, it was so simple, why not AND it helps with a fast. This is why I drink lemon water especially now through the pandemic.

It supports weight loss
It improves your skin quality
It aids digestion
It freshens breath
It helps prevent kidney stones
